Ube Macapuno Custard Filling. In a saucepan, combine milk and Alaska Condensada. Mix and heat the milk mixture over low setting until slightly simmering. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, cornstarch, flour, ube halaya and ube flavor. Mix until free from lumps. Pour 1/3 of the milk mixture into the egg yolk mixture and mix.
