Yes, your order at GreenMart.Ph can be delivered during weekend or holiday. Kindly consider the holiday and weekend when you are selecting your delivery, to ensure that you are available during the delivery of your order. You will receive an email once your order(s) is already delivered. To check the status of your order you may Log-in to your account and click Manage Order to see your order details and the status of your order.

There are two steps in placing an order using GreenMart.Ph :

 (1) Log-in first then buy:

1. Log-in to your account.

2. Review the product's information.

3. Enter the quantity of an item by clicking the "+" or "-" button beside it.

4. Click Buy now button.

5. Fill up the required details.

6. Select your payment methods:

For  Dragonpay: 

1. Select a payment option.

2. Read and check Terms & Conditions

3. Then click Submit.

If you chose Paypal:

1. Enter your PayPal email and password.

2. Fill up the required details and click Add.

For Cash on Delivery

1. Just click COD

2. Read and check Terms & Conditions

7. Click Continue. (You will receive an email regarding your order invoice.)

(2) Select a product first then Log-in:

1. Search the product that you want to purchase.

2. Review the product's information.

3. Enter the quantity of an item by clicking the "+" or "-" button beside it.

4. Click Buy now button.

5. A log-in page will appear. Enter your credentials.

6. Go to My Shopping Cart page by clicking the Cart icon.

7. Click Proceed to Checkout button.

8. Fill up the required details.

9.Select your payment methods:

If you chose Dragonpay: 

1. Select a payment option.

2. Check Terms & Conditions

3. Then click Submit.

If you chose Paypal:

1. Enter your PayPal email and password.

2. Fill up the required details and click Add.

10. Click Continue. (You will receive an email regarding your order invoice.)

·         If you want to print the details just click Print to the upper left side of your screen.

For Paypal

·         Choose Paypal.

·         Read the Terms and Condition.

·         Click the box after I have read and agreed to the Terms and Condition.

·         Click Continue button.

·         The website will redirect to PayPal website.

·         Fill out the information needed.

·         Click Pay Now button.

·         You will receive an email regarding your purchased item.

Note:  In our policy no payment, no delivery of the purchased item.

    For Dragonpay

·         Choose Dragonpay.

·         Read the Terms and Condition.

·         Click the box after I have read and agreed to the Terms and Condition.

·         Click Continue button.

·         The website will redirect to PayPal website.

·         Choose your source of payment.

·         Click I agree to the Terms and Condition.

·         Enter your email address.

·         Click Send Instructions via Email.

·         You will receive an email regarding your purchased item.

·         Follow the instruction from the email that you receive.

 

       Note: In our policy no payment, no delivery of the purchased item.

 

GreenMart.Ph gives an affordable shipping fee for all the item(s) in any location. Shipping fees for each item(s) can be seen in the product information once you clicked the item(s). 

When you are not home when your package arrives, you can inform your authorized person about the delivery of your packaged and the amount payable for your order.

GreenMart.Ph ship each item once the order is already paid. Items that have been purchased from the different vendor will arrive in a separate delivery. We encourage you to check the status of your order in your account or you can also check it on the tracking information of our trusted courier. Kindly check the links below:

Yes, GreenMart.Ph can deliver your order following to the delivery address that you gave during the checkout, Whether it is your house address or your office address.

Please take note that you must be available upon delivery of your order or you have an authorized person to accept the delivery.

To request for a refund, please call our Customer Service Officer (CSO) and we will evaluate the issue.  Once approved, you can expect to receive your money within the following timeframe.

You can get the Return Form from one of our Customer Service Officer (CSO).  The Return Form will only be given to qualified appellant. To track your order this is the steps you need to follow:

Once your package has been shipped it will be out for delivery for the next 24 – 48 hours. You can expect your item(s) to be delivered according to the Delivery time provided by the vendor in the product information. Or you can track your order status by the following steps.

Cash on Delivery or COD is a payment method offered by greenmart.ph that gives you the opportunity to pay for the purchased items when it gets delivered.

2.     Then we will give you a tracking number in order to track your order anytime.

There may be issues when using International Paypal Account.

We recommend do not use International Paypal account rather use Philippine Paypal account.

No, GreenMart.Ph does not keep your credit card details once your order is already completed; we sent it directly to our banks. The security of all data that you have given to us is very important. We always make sure to secure your credit card information.

Note: If you are using a credit card that is not under your name. Please make sure that you have the consent of the credit card holder.

2.     You can modify the quantity of the item by pressing the ADD and MINUS buttons.

3.     If you want to remove the item simply click the X button from the upper right of the item picture.

4.     Then you will see the information of the vendor by clicking About Vendor, you can also see other information like Ratings, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund/Replacement Policy, Cancellation Policy and many more.

If you need to change the delivery address you should call the customer service team to make the modification within 12-24 hours.

You cannot change your delivery address once your order is being processed.

To cancel your order, just follow these steps:

1.     Log-in to your account

2.     Go to My Account

3.     Click the Manage Order Tab

4.     Click Cancel in Action Column and click Okay

5.     Check your email for the canceled order.

Note:  You cannot cancel your order once it has been already accepted and being processed.

After you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email regarding your order including your product’s name, shipping fee, billing address and other details of an item that you have ordered. Kindly keep this email as your receipt for your reference.

Any products deemed to be broken, faulty, incomplete, damaged or product not matching the description provided.

You will have seven (7) days to notify us. Please follow the steps to process the return.

  • Call the Greenmart.Ph Customer Service Officer (CSO) through +63 917 147 4037
  • State the reason/s for the return and send a photo to validate the issue.
  • Once the issue was validated, our CSO will send you the Return Form through email. Fill out the form and send it back to us for further evaluation.
  • Check your email regularly. You will receive a notification from us whether your request is approved or declined.

Return Reminders

  • The item must be properly packed, unused, with tags, and still in good condition.
  • We will reimburse your payment upon passing the evaluation of the returned product.

Once the return item has been approved by our Customer Service Officer, you may send back your item to the address 2E Patricia Building, EDSA Magallanes, Makati City. Please ensure that the item returned has the Approval ID attached/written to the parcel for easy tracking and verification.

All items must be in good condition, no damage, and unused.

Before you undertake exchange, return, or refund, please review that the items you ordered do not belong to the list below:

  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Cosmetic products
  • Items that are worn, washed, ironed, perfumed, damaged, made dirty
  • Items without original packing and tags

To return your item/s, please follow these steps

  • Place your item/s with the original packaging and tags.
  • Attach the Return Form and ensure that the Approval ID is indicated.
  • Drop off your parcel to _________ and send it to 812 B. Mayor St., Malibay, Pasay City.
  • Check your email regularly to track the development of your returning item.
  • If the item returned passed the Quality Control, you may receive the refund, replacement or exchange item on an agreed timeline.

         If the size of the item/s you received is not the same size with what you ordered. (Only applicable in footwear and apparel).

 

Missing Accessories/Freebies

If the item/s you received has missing part/s, accessories, or freebies as advertised on product page
