Product not matching to the description If the item/s you received does not match the description (color, image, style, specs, etc.) Does not fit If the size of the item/s you received is not the same size with what you ordered. (Only applicable in footwear and apparel).
Missing Accessories/Freebies If the item/s you received has missing part/s, accessories, or freebies as advertised on product page |
