What are the reimbursement / return options?




Item not delivered

       Refund /      Replacement



Damaged Item

         If the item/s you received is with visible damage such as broken pieces, torn packaging etc.


Defective item

If the item/s you receive is not working properly (e.g. electronic devices)


Wrong Item

If the item/s you received is an incorrect product. It should be in sealed condition. Except when item cannot be identified whilst still contained in original packaging.


Product not matching to the description

         If the item/s you received does not match the description (color, image, style, specs, etc.)

         Does not fit

         If the size of the item/s you received is not the same size with what you ordered. (Only applicable in footwear and apparel).


Missing Accessories/Freebies

If the item/s you received has missing part/s, accessories, or freebies as advertised on product page
