What qualifies the product to return?
Any products deemed to be broken, faulty, incomplete, damaged or product not matching the description provided.

You will have seven (7) days to notify us. Please follow the steps to process the return.

Call the Greenmart.Ph Customer Service Officer (CSO) through +63 917 147 4037

State the reason/s for the return and send a photo to validate the issue.

Once the issue was validated, our CSO will send you the Return Form through email. Fill out the form and send it back to us for further evaluation.

Check your email regularly. You will receive a notification from us whether your request is approved or declined.

The item must be properly packed, unused, with tags, and still in good condition.

We will reimburse your payment upon passing the evaluation of the returned product.
